What are the next steps in the interview process?

The interview process is usually 3-4 interviews for the majority of positions. You’ll see the HR-Recruiter, the Department Manager, the GM, and you’ll meet one of the VanDevere Automotive Familys. This is to ensure your attitude and culture reflect what is expected for the betterment of the company.

What opportunities are there for employees to provide feedback?

At VanDevere Automotive Family, we have an open door policy for all of our Upper Management and HR team. Aside from this, we have a 30-, 60-, and 90-day check in process with new hires. Managers and our recruiter sit down with the new employee and talk about their experience so far at our dealership while gaining all possible feedback.
